Install and Register the SafeSite App From an Invitation
This article outlines how to install and register the SafeSite mobile app using a registration code provided by your project administrator. It covers downloading the app, entering your unique code, confirming your details, and signing on so you can begin using SafeSite and recording dockets.
Note: This article describes the SafeSite installation and registration process when you receive a registration message via text message or email that includes download links and a unique numeric registration code.

Install and Register the SafeSite App
When you have been added as a SafeSite user by your Virtual Superintendent project administrator:
- You will receive a SafeSite registration message by text message or email. The message includes a link to download the SafeSite mobile app and your unique numeric registration code.
- Tap the link in the message to open the SafeSite app page in the App Store or Google Play Store, then download and install the app.
- Open the SafeSite mobile app on your device.
- Enter your numeric registration code in the Numeric Code field.
- Tap Submit Numeric Code and, if prompted, enter your personal details to complete registration.
- Review the information shown on screen and confirm it is correct. This includes your first and last name, email address, company, work type, and your device’s mobile phone number.
- Tap Next, then tap Sign on to start using the SafeSite app.
Once signed on, you’re ready to begin recording dockets and using SafeSite features as required.
