Connect to the LoadRite Device
Before loader operators can create Virtual Weighbridge Dockets (VWBs) using a LoadRite automatic scale, they must connect their SafeSite mobile devices to the LoadRite scale device installed in their vehicle cab using a USB cable.
When the SafeSite mobile device is successfully connected, a green Connected icon is shown on the Operator home screen, beside the LoadRite device. If the connection fails, a red Error icon is shown, and you should unplug the cable and try again.

- Select the loader plant you will be operating from those listed, then tap Next. The Create Docket screen opens.
-
Tap Take Photo and take a picture of your plant equipment, making sure that its Plant ID sticker or license plate number are visible, then tap Next. The Plant Checklist loads.

If an item is faulty, tap No then Take Photo and take a photo of the issue. Add a note describing the fault in the Notes field. When the checklist is complete, tap Next. The Date screen opens.

- When you have finished loading, press C (clear) on the LoadRite device. The Material Type screen opens in SafeSite.
- Open the dropdowns and select the material type loaded and the material classification, then press Next to complete the load. The Operator home page opens.
