Delete Your Account and Personal Data

If you no longer wish to use Virtual Superintendent or the SafeSite mobile app, you can request the deletion of your account and personal data by completing the form at at https://www.myvirtualsuper.com/delete-account.

Deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data retention obligations. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Once your personal data has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access SafeSite or Virtual Superintendent, and all associated personal data will be permanently removed.

Note: If you would like to request a correction to your personal data instead of deletion, contact your Virtual Superintendent supervisor or customer support at support@virtualsuper.com.
