SafeSite Upgrade Not Working

The Issue:
In some circumstances, if you have an old SafeSite version, and select the "Upgrade now" option when prompted, you can get into an 'upgrade loop' that is hard to stop.  In this situation, when you press the "Upgrade now" option, you are taken to the Google Play Store, or Apple AppStore, and there is no upgrade option, you just have the option to Open the SafeSite app. When you choose to Open SafeSite you are then asked to upgrade again.

The Solution:

- Go to the Menu in SafeSite
- Select Diagnostics from the list

- Now select the Check for Upgrade option

- When prompted choose the option to Upgrade now and this should complete the upgrade successfully.
