View and Edit Dockets without SafeSite Sign-on
A SafeSite user is able to access their dockets without signing-on to the app. This is particularly useful for subcontractors when completing their docket at the end of their shift and for foremen reviewing and accepting the dockets assigned to them.
From the SafeSite homepage, the user will press the View Dockets button. This will take the user to either of the following pages, depending on their user permissions.
Subcontractors:
A subcontractor will be taken to their My Dockets page, where they can view, edit and submit their dockets.
Foremen:
A foreman will be taken to their Foreman Dockets page, where they can review, Cost Code and Accept the dockets assigned to them.
They can also navigate to their My Dockets page to view, edit and Submit their personal dockets.
When a user has opened SafeSite via the View Dockets button, they will need to press the Sign-on and Add Docket button, located at the bottom of their My Dockets page if they need to create a docket. This will take them through the pre-start checklist, machine checklist (if required) and docket creation.
