Supervisor or Engineers Not Receiving Daily Emails

Supervisors and Engineers receive a daily email from Virtual Superintendent when there are dockets that require their action (for example, dockets that need to be accepted or approved).

If there are no dockets requiring action, no daily email is sent.

If you expect to receive a daily email but do not, try the solutions below.

Troubleshooting Steps

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

Step 1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

In some cases, the daily email may be filtered into your spam or junk folder.

Step 2. Check the Date Range on the Dockets Page

By default, the Supervisor and Engineer Dockets pages show dockets from the last three months only.

If the dockets requiring action are older than this:

  • Extend the date range filter to include earlier dates.
  • Refresh the page and check again.

Step 3. Verify Your Email Address

Confirm that the email address associated with your SafeSite account matches the email address linked to your Virtual Superintendent account.

If the email addresses do not match, daily notification emails may not be delivered.
