Supervisor or Engineers Not Receiving Daily Emails
If a supervisor or engineer has dockets which need to be accepted/approved, they will receive a daily email from the Virtual Super. If there are no dockets requiring their action, they will not receive a daily email.
In the situation where they are expecting a daily email but they do not receive it, they can try the solutions outlined below to resolve the issue.
Solutions:
Check your spam folder
Sometimes the daily email will end up in your spam folder.
Date Range on Dockets Pages
By default, the supervisor and engineer dockets pages display dockets from the last 3 months. Dockets older than this will not be displayed unless the date range is extended to encompass the older date.
SafeSite email address (supervisor)
Check that the email associated with your SafeSite account is the same email address linked to your Virtual Super account.
