Accept Your Virtual Superintendent Invitation

When you are invited to use Virtual Superintendent, you receive an email containing a link to create your account.

You might receive an invitation because:

  • You are an employee of a head contractor using Virtual Superintendent on a project.
  • You are a supplier administrator working with a head contractor. In this case, your account provides access to the Virtual Superintendent supplier portal where you can manage spoil transport allocations or spoil, concrete, concrete test, and item orders.

Accept Your Invitation

To accept your invitation and create your account:

  1. Open the invitation email from Virtual Superintendent (the email sender is shown as My Virtual Super).
  2. Click the link in the email. The Accept Invitation page opens.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your name. This name appears throughout Virtual Superintendent as your username.
  5. Enter a password and confirm it. The password you choose must meet minimum complexity requirements (described below)
  6. Click Activate Account to create your account.

Note: You can update your username or password later, or reset your password if you forget it.

Password requirements

Passwords must be:

  • At least 12 characters long.
  • A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

For added security, we recommend that you:

  • Do not use a word that can be found in a dictionary.
  • Do not use the name of a person, character, product, or organization.
  • Make your password significantly different from any other password.
  • Consider using a memorable phrase.
