The Arrivals Page
The Arrivals page helps head contractors track truck arrivals and departures at designated load, disposal, and delivery sites on earthworks projects.
After drivers sign into the SafeSite app and create or are assigned loads, their progress is shown on the Arrivals page. This information is based on travel time estimates and reported site events. Information on the page is updated within 2 minutes of an event being detected, giving you a near real-time view of arrivals and departures at load and delivery sites.
Note: The Arrivals page requires project-specific configuration and integrations to receive truck movement data. Contact the Virtual Superintendent support team at support@virtualsuper.com to enable arrivals and departures for your project.

Permissions
To access and use the Arrivals page (Menu > Arrivals), you must have the following permission:
- Spoil Admin
Note: Subcontractors can be granted access to the Arrivals page without Spoil Admin permission, if required. Contact support to request access.
Page Layout
You can configure the Arrivals page to display spoil and precast movements on four tabs:

| Spoil Arrivals | Displays trucks approaching a designated spoil load site. |
| Spoil Departures | Displays trucks departing a designated spoil load site. |
| Precast Arrivals | Displays trucks approaching a designated delivery site. |
| Precast Departures | Displays trucks departing a designated delivery site. |
Note: You can use Precast Arrivals and Precast Departures to track other large deliveries, not just precast concrete.
The following information is displayed on the page to help track truck movements:

| Estimated Arrival Time | The estimated time until the truck arrives, calculated using the quickest route to the destination. |
| Estimated Distance (km) | The remaining distance to the destination, calculated using the quickest route. |
| Final Approach (1 hour) | Displays the truck's progress during the final hour of its journey. |
Each Individual integration configuration defines the load, disposal, or delivery sites that trigger arrival and departure events.
After your integrations are configured:
- Each integration appears in a separate tab on the Arrivals page.
- Tabs appear in alphabetical order.
- You can configure multiple integrations for a project, but each requires individual setup.
There is no limit to the number of integrations you can configure for an earthworks project.
The Precast tabs
Use the precast tabs (Precast Arrivals and Precast Departures) to track trucks approaching and departing a designated delivery site.
- Precast Arrivals: Displays trucks until they reach the delivery site.
- Precast Departures: Displays trucks after they reach the delivery site.
Trucks move from the Precast Arrivals tab to the Precast Departures tab when they reach the delivery site. You can also use these tabs to track other large deliveries to the site.
The Spoil tabs
Use the spoil tabs (Spoil Arrivals and Spoil Departures) to track trucks approaching and departing a designated spoil load site.
- Spoil Arrivals: Displays trucks until they reach the load site.
- Spoil Departures: Displays trucks after they reach the load site.
Trucks move from the Spoil Arrivals tab to the Spoil Departures tab when they reach the load site.
Configure Trucks to Appear on the Page
Trucks do not automatically appear on the Arrivals page. To enable tracking, you must configure the sign-on profile associated with the truck item code.
- Sign in to Virtual Superintendent.
- Click Menu > Dockets Setup. The Dockets Setup page opens.
- Click the Sign-on Control tab. The Sign-on Profiles grid opens, showing all configured sign-on profiles.
- Locate and select the sign-on profile assigned to the truck item code. The Edit Sign-on Profile dialog opens.
- Open the Driver Arrivals dropdown and set it to Yes.
- Click Save. Trucks associated with the configured sign-on profile can now appear on the Arrivals page.
Note: We recommend that you create a dedicated sign-on profile, such as "Truck spoil arrivals" or "Precast deliveries," and assign it to the relevant truck item codes.
