Recover a Lost Password
If you lose or forget your password, you can reset your password using your account's registered email address.

Reset Password
To reset your Virtual Superintendent password:
- Navigate to https://www.myvirtualsuper.com/login.
- Click Forgot Password?. The Account Recovery dialog opens.
- Type your account's registered email address into the Email field. If you don't know the email address associated with your account, contact your Virtual Superintendent administrator.
- Click Send Recovery Email. A link to choose a new password is emailed to the address.
- Open your email client and locate the password recovery email. Click the link in the email The Account Recovery page opens.
- Type your new password into the New password field and again into the Confirm new password field.
- Click Change Password. Your password is reset. The Change Password button is active only when the passwords in the New password and Confirm new password fields are the same and meet minimum password requirements (described below).
Note: Click the eye icon to the right of any field to make its content visible. By default, the text in these password fields is hidden.
Password requirements
New passwords must be:
- At least 12 characters long.
- A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
For added security, we recommend that you:
- Do not use a word that can be found in a dictionary.
- Do not use the name of a person, character, product, or organization.
- Make your password significantly different from any previous password.
- Consider using a memorable phrase.
