Select the TEXT option
Type in the Plant ID
Your unique QR Code will be created to the right of the screen.

Set SafeSite Super User Permissions

Only SafeSite users with special permissions (Super Users) are able to on-board plant items using SafeSite.
Typically, a Foreman will be in charge of On-Boarding Machines when they arrive on-site for the first time.  Alternatively, Admin staff could do this when they print the new QR code for any new Machine.

To set a SafeSite user as a Super User that can on-board Machines, follow these instructions:

- Sign in to the Virtual Superintendent
- From the Menu, Select the  Users page

You will automatically go to the SafeSite App Users tab on the Users page.
- Type in the name of the person you are setting Super User permissions for into the Filter area at the top of the Name column.

- Click on their name to view their SafeSite User Permissions.
- Toggle the Super User permissions ON (to the right)
- Press Save
