Create Custom SafeSite Machine Checklists

Head contractor admins can work with the Cloudscape team to create custom machine checklists for their project.

Each project comes with a default machine checklist, which subcontractors may be required to complete when signing on as a machine operator or driver in SafeSite. If the default machine checklist doesn’t meet your project’s requirements, the Cloudscape team can help you create a customised version.

Once created, the custom checklist is assigned to relevant plant item code based on the plant role, e.g., excavator. When a subcontractor signs on in SafeSite and selects an excavator, they will be prompted to complete the custom machine checklist.

Machine checklists can be customised in the following ways:

  • Rewrite the questions
  • Create a custom title for the custom checklist
  • Set the available answer options to Yes, No or N/A
  • Define whether Yes or No is considered the positive response
  • Photos and Notes can be added to any question if configured
  • Enable subcontractors to delete photos while completing the machine checklist
