Using the Virtual Superintendent Main Menu
In this article
Menu Visibility and Access
The pages available in the Main Menu, and therefore the functionality you can access, are determined by the following factors:
- Default pages available to all users
- User permission assigned to your Virtual Superintendent account
- Project-specific configurations configured by Virtual Superintendent Support
Because of this, each user will typically see only a subset of all available pages.
Page Availability
The table below describes all available pages in Virtual Superintendent. However, your view will vary depending on your permissions and project setup.
Depending on your access level, you may also be able to grant other users permission to view and use certain pages.
Administrative Pages
Many pages in the system support advanced configuration and setup. These are typically intended for administrative users, including:
- Head Contractor Administrators with Admin Manager permissions
- Subcontractor Administrators with Subcontractor Admin permissions managing their own staff
These users are responsible for configuring system settings and managing access for other users.
